📋 РАЗДЕЛ 1. ПРЕДМЕТ И ЦЕЛИ ДОГОВОРА / ARTICLE 1. SUBJECT AND PURPOSES OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of scientific and educational cooperation between the Parties within the framework of the implementation of the project «Scientific and Educational School 'OncoClub'» (hereinafter — the «Project»), supported by the Presidential Grants Foundation (Russian Federation).
1.2.Цели сотрудничества:
- Адаптация международных образовательных материалов по онкологии для российских бенефициаров (пациентов, студентов-медиков, врачей).
- Проведение совместных онлайн-мероприятий (лекции, вебинары, симпозиумы).
- Обмен научным и образовательным опытом в сфере онкологии.
- Развитие научной коммуникации и медицинского просвещения.
- Поддержка студенческих инициатив в области медицинского просвещения.
1.2. Purposes of cooperation:
- Adaptation of international educational materials on oncology for Russian beneficiaries (patients, medical students, physicians).
- Organization of joint online events (lectures, webinars, symposia).
- Exchange of scientific and educational experience in the field of oncology.
- Development of scientific communication and medical education.
- Support of student initiatives in the field of medical education.
1.3.Основные направления сотрудничества:
- Предоставление Международной Стороной образовательных материалов для адаптации на русский язык.
- Участие экспертов Международной Стороны в онлайн-мероприятиях Проекта (лекции, симпозиумы, круглые столы).
- Совместная разработка методических рекомендаций и учебных модулей.
- Взаимное упоминание и логотипирование в информационных материалах.
- Обмен опытом в области научной коммуникации и медицинского просвещения.
1.3. Main areas of cooperation:
- Provision by the International Party of educational materials for adaptation into Russian.
- Participation of experts of the International Party in online events of the Project (lectures, symposia, round tables).
- Joint development of methodological recommendations and educational modules.
- Mutual mention and logo placement in information materials.
- Exchange of experience in the field of scientific communication and medical education.
1.4. Настоящий Договор не является договором возмездного оказания услуг и не предполагает финансовых расчетов между Сторонами. Каждая Сторона осуществляет свои обязательства за счет собственных ресурсов.
1.4. This Agreement is not a contract for paid services and does not involve financial settlements between the Parties. Each Party fulfills its obligations at its own expense.
1.5. Сотрудничество носит исключительно некоммерческий, научный и просветительский характер. Бенефициарами результатов Проекта являются граждане Российской Федерации.
1.5. The cooperation is exclusively non-commercial, scientific and educational in nature. The beneficiaries of the Project results are citizens of the Russian Federation.
🤝 РАЗДЕЛ 2. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА РОССИЙСКОЙ СТОРОНЫ / ARTICLE 2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE RUSSIAN PARTY
🔹 2.1. Российская Сторона обязуется:
- Осуществлять профессиональный перевод и научную адаптацию материалов, предоставленных Международной Стороной, на русский язык.
- Обеспечивать научную модерацию адаптированных материалов Научным советом Проекта (5–7 ведущих онкологов с учеными степенями).
- Сохранять научную достоверность и ссылки на первоисточники при адаптации.
2.1.1. Ensure adaptation of materials:
- Carry out professional translation and scientific adaptation of materials provided by the International Party into Russian.
- Ensure scientific moderation of adapted materials by the Scientific Council of the Project (5–7 leading oncologists with academic degrees).
- Maintain scientific accuracy and references to primary sources during adaptation.
2.1.2. Обеспечить упоминание Международной Стороны:
- Указывать Международную Сторону как источник оригинальных материалов во всех адаптированных версиях.
- Размещать логотип Международной Стороны на портале ЭлСМИ «ОнкоКлуб» в разделе «Международные партнеры».
- Упоминать Международную Сторону в печатных материалах Проекта (брошюры, пособия, сборники).
2.1.2. Ensure mention of the International Party:
- Indicate the International Party as the source of original materials in all adapted versions.
- Place the logo of the International Party on the OncoClub e-media portal in the «International Partners» section.
- Mention the International Party in printed materials of the Project (brochures, manuals, collections).
2.1.3. Организовать онлайн-мероприятия:
- Организовать техническое обеспечение онлайн-мероприятий с участием экспертов Международной Стороны (платформа, перевод, модерация).
- Обеспечить синхронный или последовательный перевод на русский язык (при необходимости).
- Предоставить экспертам Международной Стороны информацию о формате, аудитории и темах выступлений.
2.1.3. Organize online events:
- Provide technical support for online events with participation of experts of the International Party (platform, translation, moderation).
- Provide simultaneous or consecutive translation into Russian (if necessary).
- Provide experts of the International Party with information about the format, audience and topics of presentations.
2.1.4. Обеспечить обратную связь:
- Предоставлять Международной Стороне отчеты о результатах адаптации материалов (охваты, отзывы, статистика).
- Информировать о результатах совместных мероприятий.
- Передавать отзывы российских участников для улучшения будущих активностей.
2.1.4. Provide feedback:
- Provide the International Party with reports on the results of materials adaptation (coverage, feedback, statistics).
- Inform about the results of joint events.
- Transfer feedback from Russian participants to improve future activities.
🔹 2.2. Российская Сторона имеет право:
2.2.1. Создавать производные произведения (переводы, адаптации, локализации) на основе материалов Международной Стороны исключительно для некоммерческого распространения среди российских бенефициариев.
2.2.1. Create derivative works (translations, adaptations, localizations) based on materials of the International Party exclusively for non-commercial distribution among Russian beneficiaries.
2.2.2. Использовать имя и логотип Международной Стороны в информационных материалах Проекта (с обязательным согласованием макетов).
2.2.2. Use the name and logo of the International Party in information materials of the Project (with mandatory approval of layouts).
2.2.3. Привлекать экспертов Международной Стороны к участию в мероприятиях Проекта (с их согласия).
2.2.3. Involve experts of the International Party in participation in events of the Project (with their consent).
🤝 РАЗДЕЛ 3. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЙ СТОРОНЫ / ARTICLE 3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PARTY
🔹 3.1. Международная Сторона обязуется:
- Передать Российской Стороне образовательные материалы по онкологии (брошюры, учебные модули, научные обзоры, методические рекомендации) для адаптации на русский язык.
- Перечень материалов согласовывается Сторонами в Приложении № 1 к настоящему Договору.
- Материалы предоставляются безвозмездно с правом адаптации и некоммерческого распространения среди российских бенефициариев.
3.1.1. Provide educational materials:
- Transfer to the Russian Party educational materials on oncology (brochures, educational modules, scientific reviews, methodological recommendations) for adaptation into Russian.
- The list of materials is agreed by the Parties in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement.
- Materials are provided free of charge with the right of adaptation and non-commercial distribution among Russian beneficiaries.
3.1.2. Обеспечить участие экспертов:
- Делегировать экспертов Международной Стороны для участия в онлайн-мероприятиях Проекта согласно Плану, согласованному в Приложении № 2.
- Обеспечить научную достоверность выступлений экспертов.
- Предоставить краткие биографические справки экспертов для публикации.
3.1.2. Ensure participation of experts:
- Delegate experts of the International Party to participate in online events of the Project according to the Plan agreed in Appendix No. 2.
- Ensure scientific accuracy of experts' presentations.
- Provide brief biographical references of experts for publication.
3.1.3. Обеспечить научную поддержку:
- Оказывать консультативную поддержку при адаптации материалов (ответы на вопросы, уточнения, научные консультации).
- Участвовать в обсуждении спорных научных вопросов (по запросу Российской Стороны).
3.1.3. Provide scientific support:
- Provide advisory support during adaptation of materials (answers to questions, clarifications, scientific consultations).
- Participate in discussion of controversial scientific issues (at the request of the Russian Party).
🔹 3.2. Международная Сторона имеет право:
3.2.1. Получать от Российской Стороны отчеты о результатах адаптации и распространения материалов.
3.2.1. Receive from the Russian Party reports on the results of adaptation and distribution of materials.
3.2.2. Использовать статус партнера Проекта в своих информационных материалах (с согласования с Российской Стороной).
3.2.2. Use the status of Project Partner in its information materials (with approval of the Russian Party).
3.2.3. Получать доступ к адаптированным версиям материалов для ознакомления.
3.2.3. Receive access to adapted versions of materials for review.
3.2.4. Публиковать информацию о сотрудничестве с Российской Стороной на своих площадках.
3.2.4. Publish information about cooperation with the Russian Party on its platforms.
💰 РАЗДЕЛ 4. ФИНАНСОВЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ / ARTICLE 4. FINANCIAL TERMS
4.1. This Agreement does not involve financial settlements between the Parties. Each Party bears its own expenses related to the implementation of the Agreement independently.
4.2. Российская Сторона осуществляет расходы за счет средств гранта Фонда президентских грантов (Российская Федерация) и собственного софинансирования.
4.2. The Russian Party carries out expenses at the expense of funds from the grant of the Presidential Grants Foundation (Russian Federation) and its own co-financing.
4.3. Международная Сторона участвует в Проекте на безвозмездной основе (pro bono) в рамках научного и образовательного сотрудничества.
4.3. The International Party participates in the Project on a pro bono basis within the framework of scientific and educational cooperation.
4.4. Стороны подтверждают, что трансграничные финансовые переводы между ними не осуществляются и не планируются.
4.4. The Parties confirm that cross-border financial transfers between them are not carried out and are not planned.
📚 РАЗДЕЛ 5. ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНАЯ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ / ARTICLE 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. Exclusive rights to original materials provided by the International Party belong to the International Party (or to the original right holders — with indication of the source).
5.2. Исключительные права на адаптированные версии (переводы, локализации, производные произведения), созданные Российской Стороной, принадлежат Российской Стороне (АНО «МФЦ-ИТ») как грантополучателю и оператору ЭлСМИ «ОнкоКлуб».
5.2. Exclusive rights to adapted versions (translations, localizations, derivative works) created by the Russian Party belong to the Russian Party (ANO «MFC-IT») as the grant recipient and operator of the OncoClub e-media.
5.3. При публикации адаптированных версий Российская Сторона обязательно указывает:
- Первоначальный источник материала (Международная Сторона и / или первоначальный правообладатель).
- Факт адаптации и перевода.
- Ссылку на оригинальный источник (при наличии).
5.3. When publishing adapted versions, the Russian Party must indicate:
- The original source of the material (International Party and / or original right holder).
- The fact of adaptation and translation.
- Reference to the original source (if available).
5.4. Международная Сторона предоставляет Российской Стороне безвозмездную простую (неисключительную) лицензию на:
- Перевод материалов на русский язык.
- Научную адаптацию для российских бенефициариев.
- Некоммерческое распространение среди граждан Российской Федерации.
- Размещение на портале ЭлСМИ «ОнкоКлуб» и в печатных материалах Проекта.
5.4. The International Party grants the Russian Party a free simple (non-exclusive) license for:
- Translation of materials into Russian.
- Scientific adaptation for Russian beneficiaries.
- Non-commercial distribution among citizens of the Russian Federation.
- Placement on the OncoClub e-media portal and in printed materials of the Project.
5.5. Лицензия действует на весь срок охраны авторских прав и не ограничивается по территории.
5.5. The license is valid for the entire term of copyright protection and is not limited by territory.
5.6. Российская Сторона не имеет права:
- Использовать материалы в коммерческих целях.
- Передавать права на материалы третьим лицам (кроме сублицензирования медицинским организациям для бесплатного распространения среди пациентов — с уведомления Международной Стороны).
- Изменять научное содержание материалов без согласования с Международной Стороной (допускается стилистическая и культурная адаптация).
5.6. The Russian Party has no right to:
- Use materials for commercial purposes.
- Transfer rights to materials to third parties (except for sublicensing to medical organizations for free distribution among patients — with notification of the International Party).
- Change the scientific content of materials without approval of the International Party (stylistic and cultural adaptation is allowed).
⚕️ РАЗДЕЛ 6. ЭТИЧЕСКИЕ НОРМЫ И НАУЧНАЯ ДОСТОВЕРНОСТЬ / ARTICLE 6. ETHICAL STANDARDS AND SCIENTIFIC ACCURACY
6.1. The Parties recognize that the topic of oncology and medical education requires a special ethical approach and increased responsibility.
6.2.Принципы сотрудничества:
🔹 Научная достоверность. Все материалы должны основываться на доказательной медицине и проверенных научных данных.
🔹 Scientific accuracy. All materials must be based on evidence-based medicine and verified scientific data.
🔹 Этика общения с пациентами. Все материалы, предназначенные для пациентов, должны быть этичными, деликатными, не содержать сенсационности.
🔹 Ethics of communication with patients. All materials intended for patients must be ethical, delicate, and not contain sensationalism.
🔹 Дисклеймер. Все материалы медицинского характера должны содержать обязательный дисклеймер: «Информация носит научно-образовательный характер и не заменяет консультацию врача» / «The information is of a scientific and educational nature and does not replace a medical consultation».
🔹 Соблюдение международных стандартов. Стороны руководствуются принципами Хельсинкской декларации, надлежащей клинической практики (GCP) и иными применимыми международными этическими стандартами.
🔹 Compliance with international standards. The Parties are guided by the principles of the Helsinki Declaration, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other applicable international ethical standards.
6.3. Все спорные вопросы, связанные с научной достоверностью материалов, решаются Сторонами путем консультаций с Научным советом Проекта.
6.3. All controversial issues related to the scientific accuracy of materials are resolved by the Parties through consultations with the Scientific Council of the Project.
🔒 РАЗДЕЛ 7. КОНФИДЕНЦИАЛЬНОСТЬ / ARTICLE 7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. The Parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding information received during the implementation of this Agreement.
7.2. Российская Сторона обязуется соблюдать требования Федерального закона от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных» при обработке персональных данных.
7.2. The Russian Party undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» when processing personal data.
7.3. Международная Сторона обязуется соблюдать применимое законодательство о защите персональных данных (включая GDPR — если применимо).
7.3. The International Party undertakes to comply with applicable personal data protection legislation (including GDPR — if applicable).
⚖️ РАЗДЕЛ 8. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ СТОРОН / ARTICLE 8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1. The Parties are liable for the proper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with applicable legislation.
8.2. Стороны не несут ответственности за:
- Медицинские решения, принятые пациентами на основе материалов Проекта (все материалы содержат дисклеймер).
- Действия третьих лиц, использующих материалы не по назначению.
- Обстоятельства непреодолимой силы (форс-мажор).
8.2. The Parties are not liable for:
- Medical decisions made by patients based on the materials of the Project (all materials contain a disclaimer).
- Actions of third parties using materials for unintended purposes.
- Force majeure circumstances.
📅 РАЗДЕЛ 9. СРОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ ДОГОВОРА / ARTICLE 9. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
9.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties and is valid until "___" ________ 2027.
9.2. Договор может быть продлен по соглашению Сторон путем подписания дополнительного соглашения.
9.2. The Agreement may be extended by agreement of the Parties by signing an additional agreement.
9.3. Договор может быть расторгнут:
- По соглашению Сторон — в любое время.
- В одностороннем порядке — с письменным уведомлением другой Стороны не менее чем за 30 календарных дней.
9.3. The Agreement may be terminated:
- By agreement of the Parties — at any time.
- Unilaterally — with written notice to the other Party at least 30 calendar days in advance.
🔍 РАЗДЕЛ 10. ПРИМЕНИМОЕ ПРАВО И РАЗРЕШЕНИЕ СПОРОВ / ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.2. Все споры и разногласия, возникающие из настоящего Договора, Стороны стремятся разрешить путем переговоров.
10.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement, the Parties strive to resolve through negotiations.
10.3. В случае невозможности разрешения споров путем переговоров в течение 30 календарных дней, они передаются на рассмотрение в Арбитражный суд города Москвы (Российская Федерация).
10.3. In case of impossibility of resolving disputes through negotiations within 30 calendar days, they are submitted for consideration to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow (Russian Federation).
🌐 РАЗДЕЛ 11. ЯЗЫКОВОЙ РЕЖИМ / ARTICLE 11. LANGUAGE REGIME
11.1. This Agreement is drawn up in two languages — Russian and English, and both texts have equal legal force.
11.2. В случае расхождений между русским и английским текстами, приоритет имеет русский текст (для целей отчетности перед Фондом президентских грантов Российской Федерации).
11.2. In case of discrepancies between the Russian and English texts, the Russian text shall prevail (for the purposes of reporting to the Presidential Grants Foundation of the Russian Federation).
📝 РАЗДЕЛ 12. ЗАКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ / ARTICLE 12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.1. All changes and additions to this Agreement are valid only if they are made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
12.2. Приложения к настоящему Договору являются его неотъемлемой частью:
- Приложение № 1. Перечень материалов, предоставляемых Международной Стороной для адаптации.
- Приложение № 2. План онлайн-мероприятий с участием экспертов Международной Стороны.
- Приложение № 3. Порядок упоминания и логотипирования Сторон.
12.2. Appendices to this Agreement are an integral part of it:
- Appendix No. 1. List of materials provided by the International Party for adaptation.
- Appendix No. 2. Plan of online events with participation of experts of the International Party.
- Appendix No. 3. Procedure for mentioning and logo placement of the Parties.
12.3. Настоящий Договор составлен в четырех экземплярах, имеющих одинаковую юридическую силу, по два для каждой из Сторон (на русском и английском языках).
12.3. This Agreement is drawn up in four copies, having equal legal force, two for each of the Parties (in Russian and English).

- Ensure scientific accuracy of experts' presentations.
- Provide brief biographical references of experts for publication.
3.1.3. Provide scientific support:
- Provide advisory support during adaptation of materials (answers to questions, clarifications, scientific consultations).
- Participate in discussion of controversial scientific issues (at the request of the Russian Party).
🔹 3.2. The International Party has the right to:
3.2.1. Receive from the Russian Party reports on the results of adaptation and distribution of materials.
3.2.2. Use the status of Project Partner in its information materials (with approval of the Russian Party).
3.2.3. Receive access to adapted versions of materials for review.
3.2.4. Publish information about cooperation with the Russian Party on its platforms.
ARTICLE 4. FINANCIAL TERMS
4.2. The Russian Party carries out expenses at the expense of funds from the grant of the Presidential Grants Foundation (Russian Federation) and its own co-financing.
4.3. The International Party participates in the Project on a pro bono basis within the framework of scientific and educational cooperation.
4.4. The Parties confirm that cross-border financial transfers between them are not carried out and are not planned.
ARTICLE 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.2. Exclusive rights to adapted versions (translations, localizations, derivative works) created by the Russian Party belong to the Russian Party (ANO «MFC-IT») as the grant recipient and operator of the OncoClub e-media.
5.3. When publishing adapted versions, the Russian Party must indicate:
- The original source of the material (International Party and / or original right holder).
- The fact of adaptation and translation.
- Reference to the original source (if available).
5.4. The International Party grants the Russian Party a free simple (non-exclusive) license for:
- Translation of materials into Russian.
- Scientific adaptation for Russian beneficiaries.
- Non-commercial distribution among citizens of the Russian Federation.
- Placement on the OncoClub e-media portal and in printed materials of the Project.
5.5. The license is valid for the entire term of copyright protection and is not limited by territory.
5.6. The Russian Party has no right to:
- Use materials for commercial purposes.
- Transfer rights to materials to third parties (except for sublicensing to medical organizations for free distribution among patients — with notification of the International Party).
- Change the scientific content of materials without approval of the International Party (stylistic and cultural adaptation is allowed).
ARTICLE 6. ETHICAL STANDARDS AND SCIENTIFIC ACCURACY
6.2.Principles of cooperation:
🔹 Scientific accuracy. All materials must be based on evidence-based medicine and verified scientific data.
🔹 Ethics of communication with patients. All materials intended for patients must be ethical, delicate, and not contain sensationalism.
🔹 Disclaimer. All materials of a medical nature must contain a mandatory disclaimer: «The information is of a scientific and educational nature and does not replace a medical consultation».
🔹 Compliance with international standards. The Parties are guided by the principles of the Helsinki Declaration, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other applicable international ethical standards.
6.3. All controversial issues related to the scientific accuracy of materials are resolved by the Parties through consultations with the Scientific Council of the Project.
ARTICLE 7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.2. The Russian Party undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» when processing personal data.
7.3. The International Party undertakes to comply with applicable personal data protection legislation (including GDPR — if applicable).
ARTICLE 8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.2. The Parties are not liable for:
- Medical decisions made by patients based on the materials of the Project (all materials contain a disclaimer).
- Actions of third parties using materials for unintended purposes.
- Force majeure circumstances.
ARTICLE 9. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
9.2. The Agreement may be extended by agreement of the Parties by signing an additional agreement.
9.3. The Agreement may be terminated:
- By agreement of the Parties — at any time.
- Unilaterally — with written notice to the other Party at least 30 calendar days in advance.
ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement, the Parties strive to resolve through negotiations.
10.3. In case of impossibility of resolving disputes through negotiations within 30 calendar days, they are submitted for consideration to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow (Russian Federation).
ARTICLE 11. LANGUAGE REGIME
11.2. In case of discrepancies between the Russian and English texts, the Russian text shall prevail (for the purposes of reporting to the Presidential Grants Foundation of the Russian Federation).
ARTICLE 12. FINAL PROVISIONS
12.2. Appendices to this Agreement are an integral part of it:
- Appendix No. 1. List of materials provided by the International Party for adaptation.
- Appendix No. 2. Plan of online events with participation of experts of the International Party.
- Appendix No. 3. Procedure for mentioning and logo placement of the Parties.
12.3. This Agreement is drawn up in four copies, having equal legal force, two for each of the Parties (in Russian and English).

🔹 Ключевые особенности договора с международной организацией
1. Безвозмездность и отсутствие трансграничных платежей
- ❌ Никаких финансовых расчетов между Сторонами.
- ❌ Никаких трансграничных платежей.
- ✅ Международная организация участвует pro bono.

2. Бенефициары — граждане РФ
Это ключевой акцент для ФПГ. В договоре прямо указано, что результаты Проекта предназначены для граждан Российской Федерации. Международная организация участвует в проекте, который работает для российских бенефициариев.
3. Разграничение прав на оригинальные материалы и адаптации
Это важно для обеих Сторон:
- Оригинальные материалы остаются собственностью Международной организации.
- Адаптированные версии (переводы, локализации) — собственность АНО «МФЦ-ИТ».
- При публикации адаптированных версий обязательно указание первоисточника.
4. Юрисдикция РФ
Все споры рассматриваются в Арбитражном суде города Москвы. Это стандарт для договоров, связанных с грантами ФПГ.
5. Двухязычный договор с приоритетом русского
Договор составлен на двух языках, но для целей отчетности перед ФПГ приоритет имеет русский текст. Это важно для российских экспертов Фонда.

- Email на имя руководителя международного отдела / директора по образованию.

- Презентация проекта на английском (2–3 страницы).
- Проект договора (английская версия).
🔹 Шаг 3. Переговоры
Обсудите:
- Перечень материалов для адаптации.
- Формат участия экспертов (онлайн-лекции, симпозиум).
- Условия упоминания и логотипирования.
- Порядок отчетности.
🔹 Шаг 4. Подписание договора
После согласования:
- Подпишите договор в четырех экземплярах (два на русском, два на английском).
- Используйте электронную подпись (если допустимо) или курьерскую доставку.
- Включите скан договора в заявку ФПГ.
🔹 Что важно для ФПГ в этом Договоре?
✅ Бенефициары — граждане РФ. Четкое указание, что проект работает для российских бенефициариев.
✅ Адаптация, а не просто перевод. Подчеркивается научная адаптация для российских реалий.

✅ Научная достоверность. Раздел 6 демонстрирует высокий уровень ответственности.

✅ Измеримость результатов. Конкретные обязательства по количеству материалов и мероприятий.
🔹 Чего НЕ должно быть в Договоре?
❌ Коммерческих формулировок («услуги», «оплата», «прибыль»).
❌ Передачи исключительных прав на оригинальные материалы Международной организации.
❌ Использования материалов в коммерческих целях.
❌ Расплывчатых формулировок («по возможности», «при наличии»).
❌ Юрисдикции иностранного государства (только РФ).
🔹 Как рассчитать нематериальное софинансирование от международной организации?
- Определить рыночную стоимость участия международных экспертов (гонорары за лекции, консультации).
- Определить рыночную стоимость предоставленных материалов (лицензионные платежи за использование).
- Суммировать — это нематериальное софинансирование (in-kind).
Пример:
- 3 онлайн-лекции международных экспертов × 50 000 руб. = 150 000 руб.
- Предоставление 10 образовательных материалов для адаптации × 20 000 руб. = 200 000 руб.
- Итого нематериальное софинансирование: 350 000 руб.
